She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, reflecting her dedication to supporting the growth and development of young learners. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting both staff and families while ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the school each day. In addition to her extensive experience in early childhood education, Kayla holds a degree in Medical Administration, which provides her with strong organizational and management skills. Her unique background and expertise allow her to effectively oversee the administrative and operational aspects of The Goddard School, helping create a positive and efficient environment where children, families, and teachers thrive.
